Admin Retainer £35 per hour (hours cannot be carried over to the next month)
To retain my time for a set amount of hours per month then consider a retainer package. This option is very popular with a lot of the clients I work with as it means they can budget for a set number of hours per month and they get priority over my ad-hoc support work. Retainers last for one month with any unused hours lost at the end of that month. I keep a track of my time and will let you know when you are nearing your limit, if necessary you can purchase extra hours.
Ad-hoc Hourly Rate £37 per hour
If you require help on an ad-hoc basis as you do not have regular tasks to pass over then this option is perfect for you. I use an online time tracking tool and round up or down my time to the nearest 15 minutes.

For a more complex project or task, it may be prudent to set a fixed price. We can discuss requirements and any budgets to be adhered to and go from there.
