Where to start on someone as exceptional as Rachel? I was lucky enough to be on a team in which Rachel was our administrative assistant for many years at Nielsen. Rachel not only took care of every detail easily and perfectly, but she has the rate gift in that she was able to anticipate our needs, often before we even knew what we needed. Stationery orders, travel needs, office details were always in order, without question. What sets Rachel apart is that she would realize we might need to order something a little different, find a better deal, compile a smoother travel experience without my ever asking her to do it. She always went above and beyond while remaining cheerful and totally unflappable (even when I was stuck in another country because of a volcano).
